Sachuset Point National Wildlife Refuge - Beach Clean Up

Sachuset Point National Wildlife Refuge - Beach Clean Up

Sachuset Point National Wildlife Refuge Clean Up Today, we gathered at the breathtaking Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge, a stunning peninsula nestled between the Sakkonnet River and Rhode Island Sound. We focused our cleanup efforts along the coastline facing the open waters of the Rhode Island Sound, where visitors and ocean currents had left behind a shocking amount of litter. It was a reminder of how important it is to protect and care for these beautiful spaces. Thanks to everyone who helps restore our shorelines. Let's work together to keep our beaches clean for wildlife and future generations to enjoy!...

It’s a reminder that even the most beautiful places are not imune to pollution...
